I was lucky enough one day to walk into my local gym & to be introduced to Yan, I spoke to him for around 15 minutes & I could instantly pick up how knowledgeable he is in his field of work, nutrition & weight training. I enjoyed listening to his own achievements plus the people he had worked with in the past & the results they achieved together. The following week I had a session booked with Yan for the first time. I am 13 x ladies world champion in Thai boxing so my training results affect my career. I am not afraid of hard work & dedication but I had never really touched weights, but Yan told me he could build my power up by 50%, I had to give it a go!
I found the sessions were compact with a constant work flow whilst being taught the correct way to use the machines & how do work my reps the most efficient way, Yan had time to go through my food dairy & took time out, to take me food shopping for ingredients I had never heard of before & then came to my house to show me new recipes to cook.
I had follow up messages & skype sessions to check I was following my food correctly & to see if I needed any help & encouraging messages to get me through the week with my new strict menu! 7 weeks in a I can already feel the huge difference, my power is steady increasing week by week & I have a much cleaner healthier diet to suit my very strict Thai boxing regime along with my weight sessions per week. Yan has worked to my personal goals I need to reach, always helpful & always there if I need help, I have found the YanPlan great assistance to my day to day training. Since starting The YanPlan I have added a WBC title to my 12 other belts, so here’s to maintaining my strength and broader understanding of nutrition.
