Having been training and competing for a few years as an elite triathlete I believed my nutrition was pretty good. Upon meeting Yan my mind set with food and nutrition changed completely. I now recover quicker, have more energy, but most of all for the type of sport I am involved in my fat percentage dropped and I gained leaner muscle mass. Training several times a day as a triathlete diet is key to maximising my sessions.
This I believe came at a time I was progressing as an athlete and certainly made a difference. I now enjoy clean eating, I enjoy my cheat days, and most of all enjoy being full of energy with not an illness insight eating as much as a like (at times).
