The YanPlan™

Light Your Metabolic Fire For Extreme Fat Loss!

Learn how to burn fat and maintain a healthy lifestyle with just 21 minutes training per week! This is a plan not to be missed!

A promise, the YanPlan™ will not short change you which is what, unfortunately, most quick fix diets are and yield. I’m sure you have read magazines and the tabloids, a diet lighter than life itself. A diet from a city wrapped in rowing glory but usually losing out to Oxford. A diet encouraging great loss of a herbal nature to then sell on and bore your friends whilst trying to make some money from it. A high protein, high fat diet to really influence and encourage compacted and slow bowels then induce bad breath and loose friends!! Restrictive calorie diets, green days, blue days, blood type, yawn yawn, isn’t it time to enjoy and follow something that will keep you where you want to be for good.

The Plan

It's a rather good plan! And like all good plans, it's elegantly simple. Yan's many year's as a personal trainer has taught him numerous things, but the most important thing is this…if you don't enjoy doing something, whether it's exercising religiously, or waving goodbye to all of your favourite foods courtesy of the latest fad diet, you're not going to want to do it for any extended period of time. And that means it won't work.

Most of us at some point will have tried to make a change to either our eating habits, or our exercise routines. Chances are, you started off well! Getting down to the gym three times a week and managing to avoid all those naughty food groups that we're made to feel guilty about. You probably felt like you were getting into the swing of this new ‘better' routine quite nicely. But then something happened. Maybe you got a cold or picked up a small injury? Or had to go away on business suddenly? Or had a holiday where you couldn't stick to your diet and exercise plan? Whatever the stumbling block may have been, it probably put you out of your new healthy stride for a while. Gradually over time, these little obstacles will slowly erode away your resolve, and before you know it, you're paying for a gym membership you rarely use, and back eating foods that you had previously shunned as being ‘far too unhealthy'.

So why do we consistently fail, despite our best intentions? The answer is simple – we're creatures of habit. The vast majority of us lead a fairly repetitive life consisting of good routines (sleeping, brushing our teeth, paying bills) and bad routines (eating cake every lunchtime, watching TV every evening, or driving to the shop down the road, because it's raining, or you're in a rush etc. etc. etc.).

These routines didn't just pop up overnight, they've evolved over years or even decades, which means they're ingrained into our system. Most of us don't think twice about brushing our teeth each day, or having a bath or shower every morning and/or evening. But we didn't just wake up one day and decide to do these things. We learn them as a child, and we grow up with them. And it usually takes something significantly different to happen for us to deviate from this routine, because it's a part of who we are, and what we do. The same is true when it comes to the factors that affect your body. Like hygiene habits, exercise and eating habits usually evolve from our childhood routines, forming over many years, further shaped by our jobs, family life and general lifestyle. After all, nobody gets fat over night! A quick flick through the photo album normally shows the various stages a person has gone through to get to their current body shape. So if it's taken you ten years to get a bit overweight and a bit out of shape, what makes you think you're going to be able to wake up one day and change everything you're used to? But this is precisely what people do. When the final straw is broken, and you say ‘I'm going to lose weight and get in shape', you quickly decide to implement a whole new set of habits and routines. ‘I'm going to go to the gym every morning, and I'm never going to eat X, Y or Z again'

In theory, that's good (well done for deciding to take control of your life). In reality, it's not going to work. It's tough enough as it is to break the habits of a lifetime. What makes you think for a second you're going to manage to break these habits by swapping them for something you actively don't enjoy doing? It's not sustainable, it's not feasible, and it's certainly not fun!

So Yan came up with the main principle behind his plan for a better body… Forget about diets, and forget about spending endless hours each week exercising against your will. Life is too short, and chances are, it won't work! Instead, let's take a look at your current routine. Let's see what you like, and what you don't like. Let's see how much time you have on your hands. If you've only got fifteen minutes a week, then we'll work with fifteen minutes. If you know you can't give up certain foods because you enjoy them too much – fine, don't worry about it, we'll work around them.

From fast foods to decadence, from 3 minute meals to banquets and desserts.. albeit kind to your health ones.. these are just a few to tantalise your taste buds. If you don’t like eating, don’t call me...

Yan's success came from his ability to help people make a few small, positive changes to their usual routines that would help them to improve their bodies. Nothing major, nothing imposing, nothing unenjoyable or unsustainable. Just a few simple, short steps that will make a difference. This is reinforced by Yan's mantra that he ingrains into all of his clients… It's all about getting the MOST out of the LEAST!

That's it – none of this ‘no pain, no gain' nonsense. Why spend five hours a week in the gym if you can get the same results in just 20 minutes? Why starve yourself if you can actually eat regularly and still lose weight? Why try to completely change your routine and habits over night when in reality you only need to make a couple of small alterations? And still get pretty fast results.

You're obviously ready to make a change otherwise you wouldn't be reading this, but we're not asking you to drop everything and start again. The YanPlan™ is quite simply a set of unimposing additions to your life that will make huge differences – that will help you to get the most out of the least!
